We do our best to develop easily understandable and uncomplicated insurance services, but we also recognise that occasionally there is feedback that expresses dissatisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to take your complaint to the Insurance Complaints Board. It is our goal to ensure that all enquiries regarding your insurance are handled quickly, efficiently and fairly. We always endeavour to provide the best possible service. If you wish to make a complaint, you can do so at any time by writing to either Trackdayinsurance.com c/o Indigo Underwriters Danmark ApS.

You will receive a written decision on your complaint within 8 (eight) weeks after your complaint is received.
